How I Style • RedRock Pieces

Hi everyone!

Do you remember the fashion brand RedRock which I had collaborated with for a giveaway some months ago? Of course you do. For my new followers (and for those of you who can't remember), RedRock is a label created by fashion designer and stylist Kiran Lall for girls who like to have fun with fashion, while also standing out from the crowd by wearing something that can't be found on the High Street. Their items, which include vintage, modern and re-worked clothing and accessories, are all hand made in their Northampton studios, and so, every piece is unique in each and every way.

I have put together three outfits to show you how I would style some of their amazing pieces. The three items that I chose were the Military Shirt Dress, the Tribal Bitch Denim Jacket, and the Rosie Tee-Red

First off is the khaki Military Shirt Dress. I decided to team it with a simple black denim jeans and black boots. With regards to accessories, I chose a black bowler hat - I simply can't get enough of them - a chunky silver necklace to emphasise the floral detail on the shirt's collar, and a studded bag. With this look, I would paint my nails in black to continue with the military/grungy look, and then add a touch of colour by using a pale pink lipstick.

Next I chose this oversized vintage Tribal Bitch Denim Jacket. I simply fell in love with it's tribal design. As shown above, I would wear it with a simple black denim jeans, a plain white crop top, and a chunky mustard snood which goes really well with the colours found on the denim jacket. A pair of black brogues and a tan satchel will finish off this outfit perfectly.

As you probably already know, I don't like clothes which are too girly. And so, floral pieces aren't quite my cup of tea. However, I liked this red Rosie Tee mainly because it's oversize, and because the floral pattern is incorporated with a not-so-girly inverted triangle. If I owned this tee, I would surely wear it with a distressed vintage denim shorts. For this look, I chose these Chloé-inspired studded boots, and a classic black Cambridge satchel. Depending on the weather, I would then either wear a pair of sunglasses, or else a pair of black knee high socks. Or both.

What do you think of these outfits? Do you like the pieces I chose from RedRock?

I will soon have a 10% discount code especially for you, so keep your eyes on this post to make sure you don't miss it!
